These sessions will focus on high reps, hand-eye coordination, stickwork, and footwork. Gain insight into how PLL Champion Nick Washuta trains and prepares for the PLL.

Goalie stick, helmet (with throat guard), chest pad, cup, gloves, cleats/turf shoes, water.

POLICIES

• Zero Tolerance for unsafe behavior; removal without refund if violated.

• Refunds: No refunds. Credits may be issued for emergencies with a doctor’s note.

• Weather: We play through light weather; safety decisions made on site.

Waiver

CSUSM requires an additional, printed waiver. Copies will be available prior to each session start. Minors must have a legal guardian sign before participation.
